Human Nature as we Know it...Today

I offer a doctoral course that is based on my intention to slowly leave agency theory as the main predictor of human behavior. In order to be able to do this, we have to change our assumptions about human behavior. To accomplish this, we need to explore and critically evaluate other basic human motives. The aim of the course is to make the student capable of making this evaluation.

We meet 24 of January, at 13-15, in room K-3114 (almost opposite to the coffee room), where I will introduce the course and explain the aim of the course. Together the students and I will plan the time schedule of the course. The plan is, however, to finalize it during the spring semester 2012.

The course plan is here, including the list of articles and the recommendations of reference literature.
